Missing lower central incisor,
Skeletal Class I, Dental molar Class I on both the sides,
Upper left lateral incisor in cross bite, rotation ,
Upper left canine Labially placed over distal of lateral incisor .
There is no way out to know whether left lateral & canine are
ankylosed,
Upper mid-line shift to left side

No to lengthy 3 yrs ortho treatment . O.K. for 18 months ortho, Limited Economics- US$ 600/-.
Not worried about midline shift, want proper fit of all the teeth to eat well
Want least no. of extractions to be done & no to cosmetics / prosthetics
