                             Upper left canine Labially placed over distal of lateral incisor .

                             There is no way out to know whether left lateral & canine are         

                             ankylosed,

                             Upper mid-line shift to left side 

 Patient's Expectations -

No to lengthy 3 yrs ortho  treatment . O.K. for 18 months ortho, Limited Economics- US$ 600/-.

 Not worried about midline shift, want proper fit of  all the teeth to eat well

 Want least no. of extractions to be done & no to cosmetics / prosthetics
